Mystery Box: There is no Refund/Return/Replacement On the Mystery Box. Mystery Bos is Like a Closed Eye Shopping Cart, Sometimes you Win Sometimes you lose. SO Order it by crossing your figures because who knows what you get as it's a Mystery Box!

Can I return my order?


You may place a request for return or replacement within the period mentioned in the product’s return policy on the product description page. You may read the return/ replacement policy before placing an order. You will not be able to return products that are explicitly identified as non-returnable.

Your product’s return policy may provide you with either of the following options:


  • Only return is allowed
  •  Only replacement is allowed
  •  Return as well as replacement is allowed
  •  No return or replacement is allowed


What are the return guidelines?


  • Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  • If the return is not eligible for return pickup, a self-ship option will be given.
  • Once the return is received, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method.


Steps to place a return/ replacement request:


  • You may place a return/ replacement request from the “My Orders” section of the app or website.
  • Select the product you want to return/ replace and choose the return/ replace
  • Select the exact valid reason for return/ replacement of your product
  • Provide all the details required along with clear images of the product and its packaging


Approval or rejection of return request:


Once you’ve placed your return/ replacement request, we investigate and validate the issue. We may approve or reject your claim on the basis of our investigation.

If your return request is approved, we will align a courier partner for the return pick-up of your product. The return pick-up is usually done within 5 working days. Once Shipment is done and the buyer wants to cancel the order then the buyer is liable to pay Shipment charges + Return Charges + Payment gateway charges which will be deducted from the final refund to the buyer.


Can I replace my product?


If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller, and replacement is allowed by the Return/ replacement policy. Once you raise a replacement request, the details of the estimated delivery date of the new item will be shared with you through a notification in the app. Samsung Smart Value+ or any other Smart Value + Items do not have any return or refund policy. we can replace the item but refund and return are not possible in smart value products.


Self-Shipping for returns


There are a few pin-codes where we do not have return pick-up service. In such a scenario we request our customers to self-ship the product. We will reimburse the shipping charges incurred. Please refer to the Refund Policy for more details.


When will I get refund if I return an item?

We will process your refund as soon as the return pick-up for the item is done by our courier partner. In case of self-shipping, we initiate refund once the product reaches our seller.


Wi-Fi Activated, Demo Units, Open Box Product & Global Units

In this Category we provide only Replacement in case of any hardware Issue, There is no Refund in these Product Category as these are open Box products also you may find minor scratches or dents in a rare condition in open box units. Replacement Available | Non Refundable | Minor Scratches Can Be found ( Rarely ) in open box units. Buyers are requested to read all refund and return policy before placing order in this category.
